3. How long will delivery take?

2. Why is my tracking not updating?
Many of our items are handcrafted and blessed in Taoist temples.It may take 3–5 business days for tracking to update after shipping.

If your package does not arrive within 60 days of shipping,we will resend a new item or issue a full refund.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Due to the unique spiritual, handcrafted, and blessed nature of our Taoist jewelry, all blessed and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
You may return regular nonblessed items within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong order.
Items that cannot be returned:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
