Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Due to the unique spiritual, handcrafted, and blessed nature of our Taoist jewelry, all blessed and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

You may return regular nonblessed items within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong order.

Items that cannot be returned:

· Blessed & spiritually activated jewelry

· Personalized or custom pieces

· Gift cards

· Final sale or discounted items

· Free promotional gifts

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If your item is defective within 1 year of purchase, you may contact us for a special discount on a replacement.
